The platform follows from what you are processing and what you have to sell. In most cases the feed decides it on its own.
Crusher dust or a natural sand and gravel deposit, and the product is construction sand. The Combo is built for that duty, holding manufactured sand inside a grading envelope rather than simply washing it.
A narrow specification at the fine end. Glass sand, foundry sand, filtration media and china clay are graded to a tighter band than concrete sand, which is what the Micrograder is for.
The value is in upgrading an ore, not in making sand. Where the aim is a saleable concentrate from low-grade material or slimes, that is Oremax.
The feed is a waste stream with clay, trash or contamination bonded to the stone. Scrubbing has to come first, before anything can be graded, which is why C&D waste, contaminated soil and clay-bound overburden go to the Reurban rather than to a wash plant.
The feed is already dry and the job is only to take the dust out. The Aerograder makes that cut with air and no process water at all, which is what suits hotmix sand and arid sites.
Where a site has two of these duties it runs two lines, not one longer circuit. The same crusher can feed a Combo and an Aerograder, but material heading for a bituminous mix must not be wetted on the way, so it never passes through both.
What you get whichever plant it is
The four wet platforms all wash and dewater, and all recycle water, cutting fresh water demand by up to 95%. Scrubbing, precision screening, classification and tailings handling are fitted where the feed calls for them rather than as standard, so what a given plant carries depends on its model and on the configuration chosen for the material. The unit processes are documented separately for engineers who specify that way.
Each plant ships on a modular chassis that commissions in days rather than being built up on site, and each is installed and commissioned by CFlo under a single point of responsibility. Sizing is settled from a sample rather than a table: feed gradation and moisture decide the model, so material is piloted at our material testing lab first.
