Reurban C&D Waste Recycling Plant for the Middle East
Mobile recycling for in-situ processing: turn C&D waste into construction-grade materials on site and cut environmental impact at the source.
Reurban is a mobile wet processing plant that recycles construction and demolition waste in-situ, scrubbing, removing trash and washing the feed into specification-grade recycled sand and aggregates while recycling up to 95% of process water. CFlo World FZE delivers it across the Middle East. UAE toll free: 800 088 601045.
Recycle waste where it lies
Reurban brings the recycling plant to the waste, not the waste to the plant. Processing C&D waste in-situ eliminates haulage, reduces environmental impact and turns a disposal cost into revenue-generating recycled sand and aggregates.
For the Middle East, where demolition and redevelopment run alongside some of the world's largest construction programmes, CFlo World FZE delivers Reurban as part of the group's purpose: conserving resources, creating waste-free cities.
Scrubbing and trash removal built for dirty feeds
The feed hopper's integrated belt feeder transfers material efficiently into the plant. The Scrubmax Heavy-duty Scrubbing System then extracts maximum product yield from contaminated feedstock, with high cast chrome paddles in a fan arrangement ensuring consistent loads.
Lightweight trash such as wood and plastics is collected from the lower end of the Scrubmax along with most of the water, then dewatered. Removing this trash is essential: left in, these impurities limit the product's applicability and its value.
Recycled sand that meets specification
Each Reurban is custom built for its project, controlling silt cut points efficiently so recycled sand products meet the required specification every time.
The Centriscreen Dewatering & Sizing System delivers washed sand ready for market straight from the belts, converting recovered material into revenue as quickly as possible. CFlo's Reurban technology already runs proven C&D waste recycling plants in the field.
Use 95% less water
The Reurban range integrates CFlo's tried and tested water recycling technology, reducing fresh water requirements by up to 95%, essential economics for water-scarce Gulf sites.
Sludge management completes the loop: the Easysettle Sludge Bay Manager uses high-performance polymer technology to rigidify tailings at the point of disposal, releasing water instantly from treated slurry. Tailings dry faster, the footprint shrinks and recycled water returns to the plant sooner than other systems allow.
QPMC, Qatar: the GCC's largest C&D recycling operation
At the Rawdat Rashed landfill near Doha, Green & Grey Trading and CFlo run the largest construction and demolition waste recycling operation in the GCC: 310 tonnes per hour of combined capacity across two phases, recycling 95% of its process water, producing QPMC-approved recycled aggregate with under 3% fines in the finished product.
That fines figure is the one to look at. It is what separates a recycled aggregate a concrete plant will accept from material that can only go to fill, and on a demolition feed it is the hardest number to hold. Qatar's two-decade construction boom left the waste; the plant turns it into specification material. The measured detail is in the QPMC case study.

Testing a dirty feed before designing for it
No two demolition streams carry the same contamination, and the scrubbing intensity a plant needs follows the material rather than the tonnage. CFlo runs bulk samples through pilot units at its DSIR-accredited material testing lab and reports the recovered products, the grading and how much genuinely has to leave as tailings. The recycled sand is tested in concrete and in brick.
Pre-Engineering then produces the full engineering package while the project is in approval, so the plant is designed for the feed it will actually see and manufacture can start on confirmation.

Talk to our Middle East team
CFlo World FZE supports recycling and construction customers across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East, aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 and NEOM. Rakesh Jha, Head of Sevaforce, leads the Sharjah office, where three engineers are stationed permanently with a service van, and spares, consumables and flocculants are stocked regionally, so uptime does not depend on a shipment from another continent. The team also services other manufacturers' equipment. Call toll free from the UAE on 800 088 601045 or request the Reurban brochure. The hub opened in 2025.

Frequently asked questions
What is the Reurban plant used for?
Reurban recycles construction and demolition waste into specification-grade recycled sand and aggregates through mobile wet processing. Because it processes in-situ, waste is treated where it arises, eliminating haulage and disposal costs while producing saleable construction materials on site.
How does Reurban remove wood and plastic from C&D waste?
The Scrubmax Heavy-duty Scrubbing System liberates contaminants from the feed, and lightweight trash such as wood and plastics is collected from its lower end along with most of the water, then dewatered. This step is essential: with those impurities left in, the recycled product has limited applicability and low value.
Can Reurban's recycled sand really meet construction specifications?
Yes. Each Reurban is custom built for its project, with efficient control of silt cut points so recycled sand meets the required specification consistently. The Centriscreen Dewatering & Sizing System delivers washed sand ready for market straight from the belts, and the technology is proven in operating C&D waste recycling plants.
How much water does a Reurban plant use?
Reurban integrates CFlo's water recycling technology, cutting fresh water requirements by up to 95%. Easysettle sludge management rigidifies tailings at the point of disposal with high-performance polymer technology, releasing water instantly so it returns to the plant quickly. That makes in-situ recycling viable even on water-scarce sites in the Middle East.
Who supports Reurban plants in the Middle East?
CFlo World FZE, the group's regional entity for the Middle East, handles sales, installation and technical support across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and neighbouring markets. Call toll free from the UAE on 800 088 601045, or request the Reurban brochure and our regional team will follow up.
