Scrubbing, screening, classification, water recovery and tailings handling are engineered into the chassis rather than bought as separate machines. Which of them a given plant carries depends on the model and the configuration chosen for your feedstock, and it arrives wired and factory tested either way. See the systems inside them →
Built in the factory, not on your site
A conventional plant is engineered once and then built a second time in the open, on your site, by whoever is available locally. Every CFlo platform is pre-engineered instead: built, wired and tested as modules in our own factory, shipped compactly, and set on a prepared pad.
That is what shortens installation, and it is why commissioning risk sits with us rather than with your project team. Below, a silica sand plant goes up.

What does a modular wet processing plant include?
A CFlo modular plant arrives as preassembled plug-and-play modules shipped in knockdown condition, covering feeding, scrubbing, classification, washing, dewatering and water recovery. Because modules are factory-built and containerised, on-site work is minimal and construction is rapid. The same platform is configured for sand washing, C&D recycling, ore beneficiation or critical mineral recovery.
How much water does a CFlo wet processing plant recycle?
CFlo wet processing plants recover up to 95% of process water in a closed loop with no liquid discharge. Custom-designed flocculants optimise solid-liquid separation, so clarified water returns to the process rather than to drain. This makes wet processing viable even on water-constrained urban and mining sites.
Which equipment should I choose for my application?
Reurban handles waste recycling (C&D waste, tunnelling spoil, excavation waste, contaminated soil). Combo upcycles mining waste into manufactured sand. Oremax beneficiates ores such as iron ore, chromite and limestone. Micrograder recovers critical minerals for EV batteries and solar glass. Aerograder adds dry air classification. CFlo engineers match the family and configuration to your feed and product specification.
Can CFlo finance or operate the plant for me?
Yes. Options include Equipment Finance Leasing through partner banks, and Equipment Tolling at a per-tonne processing fee on your site while you retain full ownership of the end products. Both are offered directly or through CFlo's country partners across five regions.
What ongoing support is available after installation?
CFlo provides O&M teams on site, Annual Maintenance Contracts with a dedicated site engineer, Genuine Parts from its established supply chain, and flocculant supply. Through the Cloudlink platform, technicians connect to equipment from anywhere in the world for remote diagnosis, real-time guidance and software updates, cutting downtime without waiting for a site visit.
What makes Next-Gen 'Super' Systems different?
They are patented plants designed around three principles: Super modular (plug-and-play units, compact shipping, easy expansion), Super smart (automation and process control that hold product quality while reducing water and power use) and Super easy (app-guided installation and service). The result is faster deployment, lower operating cost and simpler ownership.
