Modular Wet Processing · Since 2006
Conserving Resources. Creating Waste-Free Cities.
On the road to 2030: Super modular, Super smart, Super easy plants, delivered through Certified Partners in five regions.
CFlo World Limited a global specialist in modular wet processing equipment for resource recovery and mineral beneficiation. Its super systems process sand and aggregates, recycle C&D waste, upgrade ores and recover critical minerals. With 500+ projects across 20 countries, CFlo technology saves 56.46 million tonnes of river sand annually and repurposes 10,000 tonnes of C&D waste daily.
Every year the world consumes 50 billion tonnes of sand. Nature replaces less than half. We exist to close that gap.
Five technology platforms. Every wet processing job.
Patented, plug-and-play platforms configured to your material, from crusher dust to demolition debris to low-grade ore.

What does CFlo do?
CFlo World Limited designs, builds and operates modular wet processing plants. The patented systems process sand and aggregates, recycle construction and demolition waste, beneficiate low-grade ores and recover critical minerals for solar and EV supply chains. CFlo has delivered 500+ projects across 20 countries since 2006, covering technology, engineering, procurement, installation and O&M.
Why does replacing river sand matter?
Global construction consumes roughly 50 billion tonnes of sand and aggregate a year against a natural replenishment rate of 15 to 20 billion tonnes. River sand extraction drains aquifers and collapses riverbanks. CFlo plants produce specification-grade manufactured and recycled sand, currently saving 56.46 million tonnes of river sand annually and meeting 5% of India's sand demand sustainably.
What is modular wet processing?
It is plant technology built as pre-engineered modules that ship globally in knockdown condition and bolt together on site with minimal civil work. Wet processes scrub, classify, wash and dewater material while recycling process water in a closed loop. Modularity means faster commissioning, compact layouts and straightforward expansion as capacity needs grow.
Where does CFlo operate?
CFlo serves five regions: Asia from its Kolkata headquarters, the Middle East through CFlo World FZE in Sharjah, the UK and Europe through CFlo Europe Limited in Belfast, plus North America and Oceania. Installations span 20 countries, from quarries in the Middle East to metro-rail projects in South Asia and recycling plants in Canada.
What is CFlo's Vision 2030?
Vision 2030 is CFlo's plan to grow from regional pioneer to the world's most trusted brand in modular wet processing by 2030. It is delivered through four global engines, a Certified Partner network in matured markets, a solar-powered 10-acre Super Factory in India, AI and robotics in manufacturing, and continuously developing next-gen 'Super' Systems: Super modular, Super smart, Super easy.
