Facilities
Our 150,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility brings fabrication, rubber lining, surface finishing, assembly, and testing under one roof. With around 110 skilled workers and engineers, every plant is built to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, with export packing designed for safe delivery anywhere in the world.
A dedicated design centre develops tailor-made equipment for non-standard applications, while our global procurement chain ensures consistency across every build. If you are evaluating a plant, a factory visit is the fastest way to see the process firsthand.
Headquarters
Our Kolkata head office sits amid green surroundings and is where process design, engineering and project delivery are done. It is an open floor rather than a corridor of offices, because a flowsheet is argued over by process, mechanical, electrical and controls engineers together, and the fastest way to resolve that is for them to be in the same room. The material testing lab and the 150,000 sq. ft. works are the other two halves of the same operation, and a visit usually takes in all three.
Engineering capability
Certifications: Every CFlo plant is engineered to the standards required by its market: CE for Europe, UKCA for the United Kingdom, CSA for North America, and AS/NZS for Australia and New Zealand. This is supported by ISO certifications across the business and by the R&D capability behind every process we deliver.
Controls: CFlo designs, builds and tests its own PLC control panels, to CE, UKCA, CSA and AS/NZS requirements and as an accredited panel builder. More on the control panel.
Patents: CFlo holds patents across markets including the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, India, Japan, Singapore, and South Korea, covering the Combo, Oremax, Micrograder, and Reurban platforms.
Recognition: Recognition includes the India Green Award for Green C&D Waste Recycling, a place on India’s SME Elite 50 (ICICI Business Banking, powered by ET Now), the D&B SME Business Excellence Award, the “Leading SME of India” title, and Great Place to Work certification.
CFlo designs, manufactures and installs modular wet processing plants. These plants recycle construction & demolition waste into building materials, upcycle mining waste into engineered sand, beneficiate ores such as iron ore and chromite, and recover critical minerals for industries like EV batteries. Plants are factory assembled, container shipped and commissioned with minimal on-site work.
CFlo is headquartered in Kolkata, India, with about 150,000 sq ft of manufacturing there, a sales and service hub in Sharjah, and CFlo Europe Limited in Belfast, Northern Ireland serving the UK, EU, North America and Oceania. The group has delivered over 500 installations across 20 countries in five regions.
CFlo was founded in India in 2006 by Manish Bhartia, Founder, Global CEO and Managing Director, in a joint venture with Ireland-based co-founders Enda Ivanoff and Brendan McGurgan, who previously helped build a global wet processing brand. Today, Enda Ivanoff serves as Regional CEO of CFlo Europe Limited, while Brendan McGurgan serves as a Non-Executive Director.
Modular wet processing uses water-based separation (washing, classification, scrubbing, gravity and magnetic separation) to turn waste or low-grade material into saleable products. CFlo's modular approach means plants are factory built, shipped in containers in knockdown condition and installed rapidly, cutting site work, project risk and commissioning time compared with conventional stick-built plants.
CFlo holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications, CE and CSA certification for European and North American markets and DSIR accreditation for its R&D facility. Patents are granted in 16 countries including the US, UK, Japan, Australia and India, covering platforms such as Combo, Oremax, Micrograder and Reurban, plus design patents in major target markets.
Vision 2030 is CFlo's plan to become the world's most trusted brand in modular wet processing by 2030. It rests on four engines: CFlo World Limited (Asia), CFlo Europe Limited (Belfast, covering the UK, Europe, North America and Oceania), CFlo World FZE (Middle East) and Doctor Sand, the group's own vertical for ethically sourced sand and aggregates, all backed by a solar-powered Super Factory, AI and robotics, a certified partner network and next-generation 'Super' plant systems.
