The investment case

Why CFlo

01 · Structural demand

The world is running out of natural sand

Sand is the most consumed raw material on earth after water, and river-sand extraction is being restricted across markets. CFlo's plants manufacture engineered sand from crusher dust, C&D waste and mining by-products: supply that grows as extraction tightens.

02 · Proven platform economics

Modular products, recurring proof

Patented platforms (Combo, Oremax, Micrograder, Reurban, Aerograder) are factory-built, container-shipped and rapidly commissioned. Doctor Sand, the group's own sand and aggregates platform established in 2021, turned EBITDA positive in 2023.

03 · Discipline & disclosure

Governance built to institutional standards

Independent chairman, formal committees, a Company Secretary for compliance and regulatory affairs, GRI-standard annual ESG reporting and manufacturing certified to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.
