CFlo World FZE: Middle East Wet Processing Support, Live from Sharjah

17 August 2026

How CFlo's Sharjah hub and service fleet are bringing sand washing and C&D waste recycling support closer to customers across the UAE and GCC.

CFlo World FZE's unit in the Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah, is the base for a branded CFlo service vehicle and technicians who support sand washing, manufactured sand, and construction and demolition (C&D) waste recycling plants across the UAE and the wider Gulf. It is CFlo's regional service hub, set up to bring its modular wet processing technology and support closer to customers across the Middle East.

A Regional Hub Built for Fast, Local Support

CFlo World FZE opened in the Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah, in July 2025. The hub is a base for after-sales support, technical services, and spare parts deployment for CFlo's customer base across the region, supporting uptime and technical support across time zones.

For our customers in the Gulf, uptime is not a metric, it is the difference between hitting a production target and missing one. Having engineers, spares, and a service vehicle based right here in Sharjah means we can be on site within hours, not days. That is what customer experience means to us in this region.”

Built on a Track Record

CFlo was already working in the Middle East before the Sharjah hub was set up. Before CFlo had an office in the region, MEGA Supplies, a UAE garnet processor, was running a wash plant built by another manufacturer and could not get enough water to it to run as intended. CFlo supplied the water management system that solved this, recovering and recycling process water so the plant could work within what the site could supply. This project, on another manufacturer's equipment and before CFlo had a regional office, was CFlo's first customer relationship in the Middle East, and it led to the Sharjah hub.
The Sharjah team still services equipment from other manufacturers, not only CFlo's own.
The Sharjah regional sales and service hub is led by Prosenjit Dey, heading sales, and Rakesh Jha, heading Sevaforce, CFlo's service organisation. Three engineers are permanently stationed there, along with a dedicated service van and spares, consumables, and flocculants held in regional stock. Parts needed on a Gulf plant come from this stock rather than being shipped from another continent. The hub also supports on-ground commissioning, retrofits, and preventive maintenance across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait, and serves as a training and demonstration centre for regional partners and customers.

This new facility not only strengthens our global footprint, but also ensures that clients in the Middle East benefit from localised support, faster solutions, and the latest in modular wet processing innovation. We are excited to become an even more integral partner in their growth journey.

Proven in the Field Across the Gulf

CFlo has several named projects running across the Middle East region.
In sand washing, Stevin Rock, wholly owned by the Government of Ras Al Khaimah and producing more than 80 million tonnes a year across three sites, has ordered a Combo Mega E5 to wash limestone scalpings and mine rejects. The CE certified plant has been dispatched, with commissioning ahead. It follows Power International at Fujairah, which already runs a Combo Mega E5 on the same duty, washing limestone mine material.
In C&D waste recycling, CFlo and Green & Grey Trading run the GCC's largest construction and demolition waste recycling operation at the Rawdat Rashed landfill near Doha, Qatar, for QPMC: 310 tonnes per hour of combined capacity across two phases, recycling 95% of its process water, and producing QPMC-approved recycled aggregate with under 3% fines in the finished product, the benchmark that determines whether a concrete plant will accept recycled material rather than routing it to fill.
In dry classification, four Aerograder units run in parallel in Abu Dhabi, 280 tonnes per hour of combined capacity, grading local silica sand into frac sand proppant with no process water at all. Across a verification campaign at 70 tonnes per hour per unit, the graded product averaged 0.83% minus 200 mesh against a 1% specification ceiling, at about 90% mass yield, output that would otherwise have to be imported.
In April 2026, CFlo became a Net Zero Value Chain Partner of the Global Cement and Concrete Association (GCCA). CFlo World FZE is also a member of the Dubai Recycling Business Group (DRBG), established by the Dubai Chamber of Commerce, since July 2026.
Gulf countries are investing in infrastructure and construction, including under programmes such as Saudi Vision 2030 and NEOM, while facing pressure on natural sand supply and landfill capacity. CFlo's modular wet processing technology, manufactured sand systems, and C&D waste recycling plants address these needs, and the Sharjah hub provides local support for them.
