Oremax Ore Beneficiation Plant for the Middle East
Beneficiate low-grade minerals: reduce your cut-off grade, maximise recovery and minimise water use with modular technology proven across countries.
Oremax is a modular mobile washing plant that beneficiates low-grade ores by scrubbing, wet screening and precise cut-point control, recycling up to 95% of process water. Delivered in the Middle East by CFlo World FZE, it lowers cut-off grades and lifts mineral value for Middle East mining projects. UAE toll free: 800 088 601045.
Advanced mineral processing for the Gulf's mining ambitions
By introducing a customised process improvement package, Oremax facilitates the processing of lower-grade ores. Reducing your cut-off grade delivers significant efficiencies: maximum mineral recovery, minimal water wastage and maximum value from your minerals.
CFlo's modular beneficiation systems have been proven over years across multiple countries. In the Middle East they are delivered through CFlo World FZE, the group's Resource Gateway serving Middle East mega-projects aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, where mining is a pillar of economic diversification.
From feed point to stockpile
The feed hopper's integrated belt feeder transfers material efficiently into the plant. Versatile scrubbing extracts maximum product yield from feedstock with surface contamination: paddles in a fan arrangement ensure consistent loads and are made of high cast chrome.
The Screenmax circular-motion screen, a high-energy single-shaft two-bearing wet screen fitted with rubber springs for improved vibration efficiency, handles wet screening. Each Oremax is custom built for its project, controlling silt cut points so minerals meet specification every time. The Centriscreen Dewatering & Sizing System then delivers product ready for market straight from the belts, and 9 m integrated wing stockpiling conveyors discharging at 4.7 m provide 150 m3 of stockpile capacity, folding down for easy transport with energy-saving rollers throughout.
Use 95% less water
Oremax integrates CFlo's tried and tested water recycling technology, cutting fresh water requirements by up to 95%, a decisive advantage on arid sites in the Middle East.
The Easysettle Sludge Bay Manager deploys high-performance polymer technology to rigidify tailings at the point of disposal, effecting instantaneous water release from treated slurry. Tailings dry faster and recycled water returns to the plant sooner.
Automatic operation, safe access
The on-board control panel is housed in a double-door stainless steel enclosure suited to outdoor operation in the harshest environments, with a touch-screen Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) as standard.
There are no compromises on the mobile format: Oremax carries the same walkway specification as a static processing plant, giving your people quick, easy and safe access for essential maintenance. The system has already proven itself in efficient iron ore processing.
Testwork first, because ore does not generalise
Recovery and upgrade depend on the mineralogy, and two deposits of the same ore rarely behave alike. CFlo runs bulk samples through pilot units at its DSIR-accredited material testing lab, with chemical assay, and reports the grade and recovery a circuit can achieve before any commitment is made.
Pre-Engineering then designs the plant around those results while the project works through approval: process flow, mass balance, layout and equipment schedule. Manufacture begins on confirmation rather than starting from a blank sheet.

Talk to our Middle East team
CFlo World FZE supports mining and minerals customers across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East. Rakesh Jha, Head of Sevaforce, leads the Sharjah office, where three engineers are based permanently with a service van and regional stock of spares, consumables and flocculants. The team services equipment from other manufacturers as well as its own. Call toll free from the UAE on 800 088 601045 or request the Oremax brochure. The hub opened in 2025.

Frequently asked questions
What does the Oremax plant do?
Oremax beneficiates low-grade ores through scrubbing, wet screening, precise silt cut-point control and dewatering, configured as a customised process improvement package for each deposit. By reducing your cut-off grade it brings previously uneconomic material into production, maximising mineral recovery and value while minimising water wastage.
Which minerals can Oremax process?
Oremax is proven in iron ore processing and CFlo's wet processing range covers ores including bauxite, chromite, manganese, limestone and china clay. Each plant is custom built around the feed material and target specification, so the flowsheet is matched to your ore rather than the other way around.
How much water does Oremax save?
Integrated CFlo water recycling technology reduces fresh water requirements by up to 95%. Easysettle sludge management rigidifies tailings at the point of disposal using high-performance polymer technology, releasing water instantly from treated slurry so it returns to the plant quickly. On arid sites in the Middle East this often decides project viability.
What stockpiling capacity does Oremax include?
Integrated 9 m wing stockpiling conveyors discharge at 4.7 m, giving a stockpile capacity of 150 m3 without separate mobile conveyors. The wings fold for easy transport between sites and run on energy-saving rollers, keeping both mobilisation time and operating cost down.
How do I discuss an ore project with CFlo in the Middle East?
CFlo World FZE serves the Middle East, supporting mining projects aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 and NEOM. Call toll free from the UAE on 800 088 601045, or request the Oremax brochure through this page and our regional team will review your ore and target grade.
