Engineered for specification, end to end
Every Combo is custom built for its project. The feed hopper's integrated belt feeder transfers material efficiently to the next processing stage, and precise control of silt cut points delivers washed sand that meets your required specification every time.
The Centriscreen Dewatering & Sizing System discharges washed sand that is ready for market straight from the belts, so products convert to revenue as quickly as possible. Integrated wing stockpiling conveyors, controlled by a hydraulic cylinder, give unrivalled control of sand specifications: you can make concrete sand and plaster sand at the same time.
Use 95% less water
Water scarcity defines processing economics in the Gulf. Combo integrates CFlo's tried and tested water recycling technology, reducing fresh water requirements by up to 95% while running the latest washing technology.
Sludge is handled too: the Easysettle Sludge Bay Manager deploys high-performance polymer technology to rigidify tailings at the point of disposal, releasing water instantly from the treated slurry. Tailings dry faster, the tailings footprint shrinks, and recycled water returns to the plant sooner than other systems allow.
Built for harsh environments, safe for people
The on-board control panel sits in a double-door stainless steel enclosure suited to outdoor operation in the harshest environments, with a touch-screen Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) as standard.
There are no compromises on access either: Combo carries the same walkway specification as a static plant, so your people have quick, easy and safe access for essential maintenance.
Ordered by the region's largest quarry operator
Stevin Rock, wholly owned by the Government of Ras Al Khaimah and producing more than 80 million tonnes a year across three sites, has ordered a Combo Mega E5 to wash limestone scalpings and mine rejects. The CE certified plant has been dispatched and commissioning lies ahead. Details are in the project announcement.

Proven on your material before you commit
Gulf feeds vary from crushed rock to wadi gravel to dune sand, and the grading a plant can hold depends on which one you have. CFlo runs bulk samples through pilot units at its DSIR-accredited material testing lab, not jar tests, and reports the sand grading, the yield and the water balance you can expect. The washed sand is then tested in concrete, so the result is a product result rather than a process result.
Pre-Engineering follows. While a project is still working through approvals, the plant is designed in full: process flow, mass balance, layout and equipment schedule. Manufacture can begin the day the project is confirmed, which is where the delivery time on a Gulf programme is usually won or lost.

Engineers and parts based in the region
The objection to buying plant from a distant manufacturer is always the same one: what happens when a part is needed on a Tuesday. CFlo World FZE answers it with people and stock in the region rather than a phone number in another time zone.
The office is led by Rakesh Jha, Head of Sevaforce, CFlo's service organisation. Three engineers are permanently stationed there, with a service van, and spares, consumables and flocculants held on the shelf. A part for a Gulf plant is picked from regional stock and driven to site, not raised as an export order.
The team also services equipment from other manufacturers. That is deliberate: an operator running someone else's wash plant is still an operator who needs a classifier looked at, and being useful before there is anything to sell is how trust gets built in this region.
MEGA Supplies, a UAE garnet processor, was running a wash plant built by another manufacturer and could not get enough water to it for the plant to run as intended. CFlo supplied the water management system that solved it, recovering and recycling process water so the plant could work within what the site could actually supply. That was done before CFlo had an office in the region, on someone else's equipment, and it is the reason the regional operation exists at all.
