CFlo World Limited, the mineral processing and manufactured sand equipment specialist, has formally registered CFlo Europe Limited in Belfast, Northern Ireland, reinforcing the company’s commitment to building a structured global presence in key markets.

Incorporated on 16 April 2026 (Company No. NI739831), CFlo Europe Limited is headquartered at Donegall House, 7 Donegall Square North, Belfast, BT1 5GB. The new entity operates as a dedicated regional sales and service hub, serving customers across the UK, Europe, North America, and Oceania.

It joins CFlo World FZE in Dubai and the group’s Global Headquarters and Innovation and Manufacturing Hub in Kolkata as the three pillars of CFlo’s international operating structure.

CFlo’s technology enables quarry and construction and demolition waste operators to sustainably replace natural sand, an increasingly critical capability as global demand for high-quality manufactured aggregates continues to grow and natural sand extraction faces tightening regulatory and environmental scrutiny.

Alongside the entity registration, CFlo Europe has appointed Ryan Barker as Regional Head of Operations and Delivery. Barker, who recently visited the CFlo Group Headquarters, brings operational depth to the Belfast-based team and will lead the company’s delivery and scaling efforts across European and North American markets.

Establishing a dedicated legal entity in the UK is a deliberate step in how we build this business. Our customers in this region require a local partner with genuine technical capability and on-the-ground presence, not simply a sales contact. Ryan’s appointment strengthens our ability to deliver at the level our customers expect, and we are well positioned to grow our installed base significantly across Europe and North America in the years ahead.

Enda Ivanoff

CFlo World Limited currently has over 500 installations across 18 countries. With regional hubs now operational across three continents, the group is structured to support an accelerated phase of international growth.
