Metrro faced several pressing challenges including mixed and contaminated C&D waste, inefficient manual segregation, limited land availability for processing, and a lack of effective mechanisms to recover saleable sand and aggregates. CFlo responded with its world-class modular wet processing system, tailored for mobile deployment and high throughput. The core of the solution included a dual pass sand processing setup integrated with Scrubmax RW100, enabling aggressive scrubbing of coarse aggregates. This ensured effective removal of cement slurry, clay, and organic binders from the coarse material fractions.
