A key driver of CFlo’s regional success is the establishment of CFlo World FZE, the company’s dedicated Regional Service Hub in the Hamriyah Free Trade Zone, Dubai. With faster commissioning, expert technical support, and improved equipment uptime, this facility ensures that mining and quarrying customers across the GCC can operate with greater reliability and scale.
CFlo’s project portfolio is defined by its ability to deliver the "Waste to Sand" solution at scale, driving the region's circular economy. A landmark achievement is the project in Qatar, where CFlo supplied and commissioned the nation's first-ever Construction and Demolition (C&D) Waste Recycling Facility for Qatar Primary Materials Company (QPMC) and Al-Awalia. This facility is the largest integrated recycling system in the entire GCC, processing construction waste into high-quality sand and aggregates that meet Qatar's construction standards. This project stands as a benchmark for how innovation, environmental responsibility, and national vision can come together to create long-term sustainability and resource security. This success is complemented by the Combo Mega E5 installation in Fujairah, UAE, which efficiently converts low-value limestone fines into premium construction sand, further demonstrating our commitment to turning waste into high-performance assets.
Beyond its systems, CFlo is actively shaping the Middle East’s sustainable materials ecosystem. By converting C&D waste, mining by-products, and industrial residues into high-quality manufactured sand, the company is supporting national agendas that prioritize recycling, resource recovery, and reduced environmental impact.
